PM Modi held a meeting with CEOs of tech companies in New York, Sundar Pichai and Shantanu Narayan also participated

New York: While in the US for three days, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting. PM Modi met with the CEOs of tech companies companies in New York on Sunday (Indian time), ranging from the semiconductor and electronics to the biotechnology sectors.

Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, IBM CEO Arvind Krishna, AMD President and CEO Lisa Su, and Moderna President Noubar Afeyan-Chairman were among the CEOs present at the roundtable.

‘US-India cooperation increased in areas like AI, quantum computing’

With the CEOs of leading US companies, Prime Minister Modi discussed promoting greater cooperation between the two countries in cutting-edge areas of AI, quantum computing, semiconductors and biotechnology.

India’s role in carbon emissions is less than four percent

Before the meeting, PM Modi addressed the people of the Indian community. In his address, he said that India has no role in harming the world. India has 17 percent of the world’s population and its carbon emissions are less than four percent.

The Prime Minister further said that India is the launching pad for all kinds of technologies. Now the country wants that devices around the world should be run with ‘Made in India‘ semiconductor chips. You people should plant a tree in the name of mother. This will bless the mother who gave birth and Mother Earth.

PM Modi further said that you will soon witness the Olympics in India. We are trying to host it in 2036. Every country in the world now wants to know more and more about India.
